Some of our current projects include: Allied Insurance Corporate Headquarters and Nationwide Operations Center in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids Federal Courthouse, and office and lab space for Rockwell Collins, also in Cedar Rapids. Other key clients include Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids and The Iowa Clinic in Des Moines.

Our Iowa team actively embraces Ryan's commitment to the environment. Rockwell Collins Building 131 in Cedar Rapids will be our third project built according to LEED standards. We recently celebrated the silver-level LEED certification for the HNI Corporation's World Headquarters in Muscatine, Iowa. The Iowa offices have the goal of 100% project manager LEED accreditation by the end of our fiscal year 2008-2009.

The Iowa offices are active in giving back to the communities where we do business. Ryan’s Iowa employees are frequent volunteers and board members, contributing financial resources or time to community schools, city boards and commissions, Rotary and local environmental, human services and arts organizations. Ryan has been instrumental in building and maintaining facilities for many local non-profits, helping to address community issues as vital and diverse as health care, housing, family assistance and more. In addition to corporate donations, Ryan holds annual employee giving campaigns for United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Hope Ministries and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
