Ryan Companies US, Inc.: Cedar Rapids and Des Moines

Ryan has had an official presence in Iowa since 1990, when it was established to complete a complex Downtown Cedar Rapids office project. Since then, the Iowa office has grown to include an additional office in Des Moines, and in 2005-2006 produced revenue of approximately $127 million.

In the last year, Iowa has completed 22 projects, with 26 projects currently in development or under construction across the region. We offer special expertise in office, industrial, high-tech, retail, health care, hospitality and mixed-use projects.
