Ryan's Chicago office has grown from four employees in 1999 to well over 150 in 2007. Our local projects span from southern Wisconsin to northwest Indiana although we have followed our customers all the way to Florida. Ryan has been recognized as one of the top retail and industrial builders in the marketplace, and we've experienced significant growth in medical office, hospitality, assisted-living housing, alternative energy, entertainment and office product types in recent years.

In our first seven years of operation, the Chicago office has completed $700 million in volume with customers like Target Corporation, Deere and Company, Isle of Capri Casinos and C. H. Robinson. We have a series of retail and industrial development sites in various stages of development as well as key office land positions totaling more than 400 acres.
