Ryan's Great Lakes Region, based in Naperville, Ill., a western suburb of Chicago, has grown from four employees in 1999 to more than 60 today. We provide fully integrated solutions in construction, architecture & engineering, development, capital markets and real estate management to customers throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and beyond. Our local projects predominantly span from southern Wisconsin to northwest Indiana, although we have followed our customers to more distant locations, such as Texas and Florida. In its first 13 years of operation, Ryan’s Great Lakes Region has completed projects for customers such as Deere & Company, Isle of Capri, Target Corporation, Dominick’s, C.H. Robinson, Froedtert Health, Cisco Systems, Wirtz Beverage, Rasmussen and Northern Illinois Food Bank.

Ryan has been recognized as one of the top retail and industrial builders in the marketplace, and we have experienced significant growth in medical and commercial office, senior housing, distribution and cold storage, alternative energy, hospitality and entertainment product types in recent years. We have several medical office, senior housing and industrial development sites in various stages of development as well as key land positions totaling more than 400 acres. Additionally, we provide real estate management services to more than 2.2 million square feet in our region.
