Story Continued

Ryan came to the Quad Cities market in 1993 to provide development and design-build services to a market that was very traditional in its approach to real estate development and construction. In the first five years of operation, Ryan Quad Cities redeveloped an entire block of downtown Moline, Illinois, including the very successful John Deere Commons project. On the Iowa side of the river, our team bought and renovated the Wells Fargo Building, an historic 14-story landmark in the heart of Downtown Davenport.

With customers like Deere and Company, Isle of Capri Casinos, Target and Acciona, the Quad Cities office has put more than $500 million of industrial, retail, medical and office projects in place. With its proximity to the Chicago marketplace, it was a natural outgrowth to combine these two offices under one leadership umbrella to share resources and extend more services to our customers.

The culture that guides our two offices is what makes Ryan unique in our markets. Our employees are the best and our customers are the beneficiaries. With comments like: “Ryan is the best I’ve ever worked with” and “When they tell me something will get done, I never worry because they deliver in spades,” our repeat business is well above 70%.

Part of that culture is not only to be a part of our community, but to help shape it.  In our quest for sustainable design, in our team involvement in hundreds of charitable causes and in our commitment to alternative energy, we are community leaders.

In our markets, Ryan is known to be the top performer, the one you can trust to get it done right the first time, the one that will take on that complicated project and the one that builds lasting relationships.
