Ryan Companies US, Inc. Purchases TCF Tower in Downtown Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS ( June 20, 2005 ) – Ryan Companies US, Inc., announced today that it has completed its purchase of the TCF Tower located in downtown Minneapolis. The 17-story office tower, built in 1981 and connected to the downtown skyway system, houses 296,000 square feet of rentable office space and another 12,000 square feet of retail space.

The TCF Tower joins a diverse portfolio of downtown Minneapolis properties, including the AT&T Tower, Essex Building, Retek On the Mall, and River Parkway Place. With this acquisition, Ryan now owns and manages approximately 1.6 million square feet of building space in the downtown area.
