“We paid special attention to the building features as we designed Medina Clydesdale Marketplace,” said Dick Brooks, Vice President, Ryan Companies US, Inc. “It was important to us, as well as to the City of Medina , that this development meet the needs of this busy intersection in town while respecting the beautiful, rural character of Medina . The end result will be a retail center that serves the needs of Medina and area residents, while providing a fine, pleasant shopping experience for all.”
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
The 170,000 square-foot development will include a 126,000 square-foot Target store. The remaining space will be occupied by restaurants, a bank, and other retail shops.
