Ryan Companies US, Inc. Adding to Gilbert’s Power Marketplace
We do things just a little differently around here. See how we build relationships that last.
PHOENIX (December 2, 2005) – Ryan Companies US, Inc., one of the Valley’s largest developers of commercial and office projects, has begun construction on two pads to house future retail shops and an urgent care center within the Power Marketplace shopping center at Power and Germann in Gilbert. Construction on the one-story, 26,000 square-foot facilities began in October 2005 and will be complete by April 2006.
Power Marketplace is positioned adjacent to the rapidly-growing Power Ranch master planned community and is anchored by a Home Depot. “The high traffic and strong residential growth of this area called for the additional retail space,” said Jay Tubbs of Ryan Companies US, Inc.
The architect for the project is Reigle & Associates. Brokers are Zachary Pace and Torrey Briegel of Phoenix Commercial Advisors.
