Ryan Companies US, Inc. Sells Land Near Metrocenter to Beazer Homes
for Residential Development

PHOENIX (December 5, 2005) – Ryan Companies US, Inc., one of the Valley’s largest developers of commercial and office projects, announced the sale of 13.5 acres of vacant land at 25th Avenue and Townley Road to Beazer Homes, which has rezoned the site for high density residential development. The site is just south of Dunlap and east of I-17, near Metrocenter and the Cave Creek Sports Complex.
