Desert Ridge Corporate Center 80% Leased

PHOENIX (December 2, 2005) – Ryan Companies US, Inc., one of the Valley’s largest developers of commercial and office projects, has announced that the north Phoenix Desert Ridge Corporate Center, scheduled for building completion by the end of the year, is already 80% leased. The Corporate Center is a 4-story, 137,000 square-foot building and is part of a 42-acre park under development by Ryan Companies at 20940 North Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix. When complete, the park will house 2 medical office buildings, 4 corporate office buildings, 3 parking garages, a U.S. Bank, retail shops and a hotel.

Tenants of the new corporate center include CH Robinson, First American Title Company, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Reality Executives, Inc., AMEC Infrastructure, Inc., Windemere Real Estate, PrideStaff, and Humana.
