PHOENIX (January 17, 2006) – Ryan Companies US, Inc., one of the largest developers of commercial and office projects in the Valley, announced the following changes in management staff in the Phoenix Properties Management:

PATRICIA ENGELMANN has been hired as Senior Property Manager, where she will oversee a portfolio of over 800,000 square feet of office, medical and industrial properties, including the Desert Ridge Corporate Center in north Phoenix. Patricia was previously a regional manager for AmeriVest Properties Inc., Presidio Commercial Services and general manager of CarrAmerica Realty Corporation.

“Patricia’s broad experience managing Class A properties will be vital to the success of the Desert Ridge project among other properties managed by Ryan,” said John Strittmatter, president of Ryan Southwest. “She is a great addition to an already outstanding local management team.”
