PHOENIX (January 31, 2006) – Ryan Companies US, Inc., one of the Valley’s largest developers of commercial and office projects, has begun development of a reproductive medical institute with surgical facilities at 2155 E. Conference Drive in Tempe’s ASU Research Park.

With construction scheduled to be complete in May 2006, the center will be comprised of two single-floor medical office buildings totaling 34,275 rentable square feet. Primary tenants include a fertility clinic and apothecary pharmacy. The medical office includes a 9,000 square-foot outpatient surgical center with 4 operating rooms. Designed by the architectural firm of Orcutt Winslow Partnership, the two buildings are connected by a lush atrium landscape, steel decorative canopies and an inviting entry drive.
