MINNEAPOLIS (June 14, 2006) – Ryan Companies US, Inc. today announced that it has named Jeff Steinke Director of Management at the company’s Minneapolis, MN office.

Steinke, a four-year employee, first joined Ryan Companies as Assistant Director. As assistant director of management, Steinke assisted with the Ryan Equity Funds, suburban property management and with the advancement of company processes, which serve a range of properties and customers. Properties overseen by Steinke include Retek on the Mall in Minneapolis, One MarketPoint in Bloomington, and 7500 Flying Cloud Drive in Eden Prairie.

In his new role, Steinke will work toward greater operational service, leasing and occupancies, staff development, and client relations.
