MINNEAPOLIS (June 26, 2006) – Ryan Companies US, Inc. today announced that it has promoted Lisa Adair to property manager at the company’s Minneapolis, MN office. Adair, a 19-year employee at Ryan, manages the Perkins & Will building, Grain Belt Brewhouse and assists with the management of Retek on the Mall.

“Lisa has been an outstanding employee of Ryan Companies,” said Mike McElroy, executive vice president, Ryan Companies US, Inc. “She is a fantastic team player who willingly volunteers her time for projects large and small.”

Adair has been involved in several of Ryan’s projects, including International Centre, AT&T Tower and US Bancorp Center. In her new role, Adair will continue to manage Perkins & Will and Grain Belt, as well as taking on greater responsibility for Retek on the Mall.

In addition to building her career at Ryan, Adair also recently completed her Real Property Administrator designation.
