MINNEAPOLIS (October 29, 2008) – Ryan Companies US, Inc. today announced its Grove Health medical office building, located near the intersection of I-94 and Maple Grove Parkway in Maple Grove, is 100 percent occupied. The state-of-the-art medical facility, developed, designed, built and managed by Ryan, is part of The Grove, a 157-acre mixed-use development that blends retail, medical and office space featuring pedestrian trails, parklands and wetlands.
In an expansion move, Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility, P.A obtained a long-term lease occupying 6,521 square feet on the second floor of the building.
Seeking a larger facility, Ear, Nose & Throat SpecialityCare relocated from Golden Valley to Grove Health to occupy 2,731 square feet. They complete the tenant roster with a long-term lease and are located on the second floor of the building.

Ryan worked with commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield to find the final tenants for the building. Grove Health Dental, a cosmetic dentistry practice located on the second floor, was the first tenant to sign a long-term lease. Other long-term lease holders are Medical Advanced Pain Specialists (MAPS) on the first floor of the building and Gillette Children’s Specialty on the second floor.
Grove Health features high-quality architecture and uses traditional and contemporary design elements. The two-story, 41,000-square-foot Grove Health’s design complements the native features of the site including the use of brick and cultured stone. The interior design communicates warmth and calm through the use of natural wood, cast glass, ambient lighting and naturally-toned walls, slate tiles and carpet.
