CEDAR RAPIDS (May 5, 2008) – Ryan Companies US, Inc. has been recognized as one to the Top Preferred Suppliers for 2008 by Rockwell Collins. Ryan Companies and OPN architects were joint recipients of the Green Initiative Award for their role in helping Rockwell meet its sustainability goals.

Ryan Companies built Rockwell’s LEED-certified Building 130, renovated their facility at 1618 Collins Road, and is currently constructing Building 131. They were cited for performance in documenting materials’ supply chain, meeting delivery schedules, and product quality. Ryan Companies was also recognized for design and engineering support and the teamwork demonstrated with Rockwell Collins.

An award was presented at the recent Rockwell Collins Annual Supplier Conference in Cedar Rapids.
