Ryan Names Jeff Steinke and Wendy Madsen as Regional Directors of Management

MINNEAPOLIS (August 21, 2007) – Ryan Companies US, Inc. announced that it has promoted Jeff Steinke and Wendy Madsen to regional directors of management for the company’s Minnesota Region.

Steinke joined Ryan four years ago as assistant director, providing assistance with the Ryan Equity Funds, suburban property management and with the advancement of company processes, which serve a range of properties and customers. Last year, Steinke was promoted to director of management, and has helped lead the company toward greater operational service, leasing and occupancies, staff development, and client relations. In that role, he has helped reposition 7500 Flying Cloud Drive, increase occupancy at One MarketPointe, and performed day-to-day asset management of the Ryan Funds portfolio. 

In his new role, Steinke will be responsible for the entire office and industrial portfolio managed from Minnesota (excepting Midtown Exchange), which includes properties in Minnesota, Illinois, Florida and Connecticut.

Madsen has garnered over 30 years of experience with Ryan, honing her expertise in multiple facets of the real estate industry – including retail property management. Most recently, Madsen served as director of management, where she leveraged her exemplary communication and management skills to help the company enhance customer relationships, drive new business development and implement numerous strategic business plans. In that role, she assisted in the opening of ten retail centers and performed day-to-day asset management for the company’s Chicago property portfolio.

As a regional director of management, Madsen will be responsible for the company’s complete retail property portfolio in Minnesota and Illinois.
