MINNEAPOLIS (January 13, 2010) – Ryan Companies US, Inc. announced today that Apogee Enterprises, a Minnesota-based company providing distinctive glass solutions for the commercial construction industry, has signed a lease at Two MarketPointe in Bloomington, Minnesota. Once Apogee has settled into its new 13,000-square-foot corporate headquarters on the fifth floor, employees will enjoy a view from one of their own products: the building uses Apogee subsidiary Viracon’s energy-efficient glass product.
Apogee joins anchor tenant CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), Minn. Farmers Insurance, CIBER and Administaff in the 242,000-square-foot, class “A” office tower that is pre-certified to achieve LEED Gold certification. One of Viracon’s highly energy-efficient glass products installed at Two MarketPointe helped the building achieve pre-certification for LEED Gold status.
