Stacktight will be the first tenant in the planned 380-acre office and industrial park near Tampa

MINNEAPOLIS (July 8, 2010) – Ryan Companies US, Inc. announced today that Stacktight™, a Kentucky-based edge protection product manufacturer, has signed a lease and will be the first tenant at South Shore Corporate Park in Tampa, Fla. Planned and developed by Ryan, the first phase of the 380-acre office and industrial park consists of 2.6 million square feet of office, office showroom and industrial buildings. The second phase is slated to add an additional two million square feet of space.
Stacktight is leasing 15,225 square feet of a 93,340-square-foot building; 500 square feet will be office, while the remaining 14,725 square feet will serve as a production facility for Stacktight’s line of edge protection products. Stacktight’s location at South Shore will be its fifth North American location. The company will occupy its new space August 1, 2010.
