As Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, Andrew leads Ryan’s debt strategy and is responsible for capitalizing all Healthcare development projects. He works with Executive Leadership to determine overall lender strategy and guides execution for each loan closing. Over his 12 years at Ryan, Andrew has sourced and closed more than $5 billion in construction and permanent loans. Through his leadership, Andrew guided the disposition of Ryan’s Healthcare Fund which involved the sale of 11 Ryan developed assets totaling over $235 million. He continues to guide the capital strategy and sourcing for each healthcare development from inception to disposition.

Andrew’s strong analytical background and nearly 20 years of real estate investment experience provide valuable insight to all aspects of capital markets transactions. He is known for his integrity, his passion for real estate and the vibrant and genuine connections he has forged with lenders, investors, REITs, private equity and brokers. With every transaction, his focus is on telling the story, communicating the “why” behind the investment or the opportunity and skillfully matching the right opportunity with the right partner.
