As the Executive Vice President of Ryan’s Industrial sector, Brian leads the strategy and execution of complex industrial developments, including distribution, food and beverage, manufacturing and advanced technology facilities. In this role, he works closely with clients, development teams and construction leaders to align project goals early, strengthen operational performance and drive the successful delivery of large-scale facilities. 

Brian plays an active role in shaping how Ryan approaches industrial construction, from collaborating with teams during early planning and preconstruction to ensuring projects are delivered with strong cost control, quality standards and schedule discipline. He also partners closely with Ryan’s build-to-suit development teams to expand the company’s industrial development pipeline and support clients pursuing new facility investments. 

With more than two decades at Ryan, Brian has deep experience across a wide range of project types. Earlier in his career, he helped lead Ryan’s first Amazon distribution facility and later contributed to the growth of an industrial operations team now delivering billions of dollars in construction annually.
