As Executive Vice President, National Build-to-Suit, Casey is responsible for building upon Ryan’s reputation for excellence among corporate life sciences, industrial and office clients and establishing Ryan as a national leader in Build-to-Suit. In addition to coordinating and executing Build-to-Suit projects across the country, Casey’s role includes leading and supporting Ryan’s regional offices, cultivating relationships with major national accounts and sourcing new opportunities.

In his decade-and-a-half with Ryan, Casey has completed corporate Build-to-Suit projects for several unique clients totaling more than three billion in total project costs. He maximizes Ryan’s collective insight across service offerings to help clients understand their projects from all angles and prioritizes value at every step of the process. A skilled communicator and listener, Casey is known for his ability to successfully assemble and lead project teams, and for his consistent focus on the needs and concerns of clients.
