A leader in commercial real estate finance, Christa brings 25 years of experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and particular expertise in sourcing, negotiating and closing debt and equity for acquisitions, new development and stabilized properties. She excels in building long-term relationships with lenders and capital partners, and in leading and implementing equity/debt strategies for various property types including office, multifamily, retail, hospitality and senior housing.

Focusing on Ryan’s West, Southwest and Northwest Regions, Christa is responsible for capitalizing Ryan-owned and developed projects, is the lead contact for capital relationships, works with senior leadership to help determine Ryan’s capital strategy and supports the national strategy for our multifamily sector. Having worked on both the lender and the owner/investor/developer side, she brings a well-rounded perspective, creativity and a thoughtful approach that benefits our clients and investors.
