With an impressive career spanning nearly 20 years at Ryan, Eric brings deep expertise in construction operations, preconstruction strategy and large-scale project execution. He works closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to align project goals, anticipate challenges and develop practical solutions that keep projects moving forward. Eric leads specialists across the mission critical sector, fostering collaboration, streamlining processes, and reinforcing best practices that support safe, efficient delivery.
