As Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Greg is responsible for the strategic investment direction and performance of Ryan’s national industrial and multifamily platforms. In this capacity, he leads the firm’s relationships with institutional and private capital partners and provides senior oversight for all capital markets, asset management and portfolio management activities within these sectors.

Greg’s leadership is integral to shaping Ryan’s investment strategy, from initial venture and partnership formation through final asset disposition. He brings a deep expertise in capital structuring and market analysis, ensuring that Ryan’s investment vehicles are positioned to deliver superior, risk-adjusted returns for our partners. Since joining Ryan, Greg has executed over $2.0 billion in equity raises, debt financing, and asset sales, playing a pivotal role in the expansion of Ryan’s industrial and multifamily businesses.
