Jason serves as the Regional Senior Vice President of Operations, where he leads all construction operations while overseeing Ryan’s North Region’s construction leadership team. Drawing on his extensive experience, he excels at navigating the complexities of major projects across various sectors, including industrial, multifamily, healthcare, office and senior living. He has led over $5 billion of construction projects across the U.S.

In addition to operations, Jason is actively engaged in business development initiatives and cultivating long-term relationships with clients, such as Target, The Toro Company, Amazon and Polaris Industries, partners and subcontractors. Jason’s leadership style emphasizes commitment to collaboration, operational excellence and inclusivity. He excels at building high-performing teams and ensuring every voice is heard and respected. Jason also serves as executive sponsor of Shamrock6, Ryan’s employee resource group that supports employee veterans as well as veterans in our community. He also chairs the Construction Management Advisory Board of Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is a member of the Minnesota Contractors Association.
