As Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development, John provides overall leadership for Ryan’s industrial platform in the Rocky Mountain region. Based in Denver, he is responsible for pursuing new opportunities and guiding project teams through every stage of development—from site selection and financial packaging to lease negotiations, municipal approvals, design coordination and delivery. With more than 15 years in commercial real estate, John is recognized for his depth of expertise and ability to grow portfolios in competitive, high-growth markets.

Known for his collaborative approach and trusted relationships, he values creating authentic partnerships while advancing Ryan’s industrial presence and delivering meaningful impact for clients and communities. A graduate of the University of Colorado– Boulder and former All-American football player, John carries forward the same focus and teamwork that defined him on the field into his leadership at Ryan. He is an active member of NAIOP and the CU Real Estate Council.
