With a background in the sourcing, planning, building, leasing and selling of retail and retail-led mixed-use projects, Mark brings a wide range of experience to his position as Executive Vice President of Retail. This background sharpens his ability to identify and manage the many issues involved in site selection, acquisition, entitlement, design and construction. He understands the retail development process from the perspective of owners and tenants as well as developers and builders, and he is fortunate to lead a Ryan team that is expert in developing neighborhood centers as well as mixed-use projects and projects anchored by large format retailers.
