As Regional Senior Vice President, Maureen spearheads the growth and management of Ryan Companies’ North Region, its largest region, which includes Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, the Dakotas, and the northeastern United States. Her responsibilities extend to strategic planning, budgeting, and operations, as well as overseeing significant development projects like the transformative 122-acre mixed-use redevelopment of Highland Bridge in Saint Paul, MN. With over two decades of real estate development experience, Maureen has a proven track record of generating opportunities and maximizing value for clients, investors, and communities.

Maureen’s leadership is also instrumental in shaping the North Region’s goals to align with the company’s strategic plan. She is a dedicated steward of the vibrant company culture at Ryan’s corporate headquarters, and is also responsible for establishing regional budgets and sourcing new business.

Maureen is an active contributor to the Twin Cities community, representing Ryan Companies on the Executive Committee of the Minneapolis Downtown Council and serving as a Board member of the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable (MWER), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Minnesota’s local product councils, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and Women in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning (WIRED UP).
