As Director of Interior Design, Megan leads a national interior design practice specializing in award-winning healthcare environments, including inpatient, outpatient and residential care settings. With 17 years of experience and a board healthcare interior designer (CHID) appellation, her design solutions embody the local community and mission of the health system, promote autonomy and opportunities for education and wellness, support staff retention, and address individuals’ cultural and physical needs.

Megan collaborates with all stakeholders in her involvement during programming and planning efforts and leads the conceptual design process to ensure design vision alignment. Megan currently serves as President of the American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers (AAHID) and is a regular speaker, juror and contributing author within the healthcare design industry.
