With more than two decades of multifaceted industry experience, Mike brings seasoned capabilities to his role as President of the West Region, leading and directing our development, design, construction and real estate management teams. Mike has a deep understanding of the California real estate landscape and insight into the factors that create properties of enduring value, with particularly extensive expertise in multifamily and senior living environments. His leadership background—encompassing real estate development and project management— gives Mike an unusually well-honed set of skills, embracing the full lifecycle of projects, including acquisition, entitlements, financing, consultant coordination, construction and turnover to property management. Ethical, values driven and a gifted mentor, he is dedicated to producing flawless spaces for customers that help communities thrive, while continuing to expand our regional footprint and build a strong, productive network of relationships with partners and market participants, across the spectrum.
