Passionate about healthcare from a young age, Mike brings over 25 years of experience at health systems and hospitals to his role as Executive Vice President of Healthcare at Ryan Companies. He is responsible for leading Ryan’s healthcare practice, comprising a growing national team of real estate and facilities specialists in programming, project management, facility management, development, construction, design and capital solutions. Having previously served as an executive for large health systems–successfully growing surgery, inpatient and outpatient services, with a focus on advancement towards system-leading practice–Mike understands our customers’ perspectives and the importance of guiding and consulting them on facility and real estate options to provide the most value-based and effective care for their patients. He is skilled in physician relationships, tactical and strategic planning, continuous improvement of health system operations and lean process principles, acting as an executive lead of strategy deployment, front line improvement and value stream mapping. Mike is motivated, driven and focused on elevating the collective team’s expertise to enhance value and profitability for our customers, while providing support and streamlined direction internally. His  leadership style brings great value to both our internal team and our customers, allowing Ryan to more effectively partner with health systems and provider groups across the country.
