He leads capital sourcing efforts for Ryan’s Multifamily and Speculative Industrial development platforms, specializing in raising equity and cultivating strong, strategic relationships with a diverse network of joint venture (JV) capital partners. Known by his colleagues as driven, analytical, and highly collaborative, Paddy excels at aligning investor goals with tailored, high-value investment opportunities.

In his day-to-day work, Paddy’s expertise centers on capital relationship management and strategic capital structuring. He works closely with local Ryan developers to carefully underwrite and strategize around new development opportunities, securing the necessary capital to bring visions to life. He thrives on solving the “strategic puzzle” of complex development projects and enjoys the deep relationship-building the process requires.

Paddy’s robust background includes over six years acquiring and developing assets nationwide at CBRE Investment Management, followed by his current success driving JV negotiations and capital raising at Ryan. An active NAIOP member, he is deeply passionate about watching conceptual financial models evolve into tangible assets.
