In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Paul is responsible for the strategic leadership of Ryan’s design, construction, innovation and Real Estate Management teams, creating the long-term vision and implementation plans for these groups, and ensuring goals and objectives are aligned. Drawing on his success as leader of the industrial sector, Ryan’s first truly integrated delivery team, Paul is focused on full integration across Ryan’s services and regions and developing a collaborative, team-based organization built around our client’s needs and the One Ryan concept. Leading the drive for consistency of execution and predictable outcomes, he maintains strong relationships with regional leadership and works to identify and develop talent.
