Bob is the President of the Americas Real Estate Division and Head of the Strategic Partners U.S. fund series at CBRE Investment Management. He oversees investment execution across the Americas, including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, development and financing. As Head of Strategic Partners U.S., he manages enhanced return investment activities and leads capital raising and operations. Bob leads CBREIM’s America’s Leadership Team and is a member of is Investment Committees.

Previously, Bob led North American Real Estate at CarVal Investors, overseeing equity, credit investments and investor relations. At CarVal he served as Chairman of the Real Estate Investment Committee. He is an active member of ULI and PREA, as well as a past president of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

Bob joined the Ryan board due to his deep admiration for the company, team and family roots. He has observed how Ryan has adeptly navigated various market cycles and sectors, showcasing resilience and strategic acumen.
