He has spearheaded numerous large-scale urban redevelopment projects, including Downtown East in Minneapolis, Thomson Reuters in Eagan, and Highland Bridge in Saint Paul, Minnesota. With a development portfolio exceeding $2.5 billion, he has expertise in entitlement negotiations, land acquisition, financing, and development strategy. Tony’s detailed understanding of market trends, along with his exceptional interpersonal skills, distinguishes him as a leader in the field.
