New Employee Orientation (NEO): The journey at Ryan Companies begins with NEO, a dynamic two-day experience at our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis. More than an introduction, NEO immerses new team members in our culture while providing the connections, tools and insights they need to succeed.
Team Excellence: High-performing teams drive our success. The Team Excellence Program is a one-day workshop that brings project teams together to strengthen collaboration, enhance performance and reinforce our commitment to building great teams alongside great projects.
Presentation Skills: Whether team members are pitching ideas to clients, leading team meetings or contributing to project discussions, their ability to communicate clearly and confidently can set a person apart. At Ryan, we know that strong presentation skills are essential—not just for formal presentations, but for everyday moments of influence, collaboration and leadership.
Leading with Influence: Leading with Influence is a multi-day leadership development experience for Ryan’s senior project and technical leaders, focused on building the skills needed to lead across boundaries, communicate with impact and achieve results through others.
Manager Essentials: This two-and-a-half-day leadership development experience equips new managers at Ryan Companies with the foundational skills to lead with confidence within the Ryan culture, build inclusive teams and drive performance.
BUILd: BUILd is a multi-day program for high-potential Assistant Superintendents preparing to step into the Superintendent role. Led by experienced Ryan field leaders, the program builds critical skills and provides the tools, insights, and connections needed to advance their careers. Participants earn an AGC Construction Supervision Fundamentals (CFS) certification upon completion.
