Ryan Companies and Grand Living Celebrate Opening of New Senior Living Community

Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Grand Living® announce the opening of Grand Living at Bridgewater, an independent, assisted living and memory care senior living community in the City of Coralville, IA. Bridgewater opens to the public on Sunday, June 24th. The four-story senior living community offers 170 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom/den apartments.

Bridgewater offers comprehensive age-in-place services that are designed to meet resident’s physical, social, intellectual and spiritual needs. Dining varieties include formal dining, casual dining, bistro, private dining and a club room. There is a wellness center and spa featuring an indoor pool, exercise studio, offices for medical providers and a salon. Residents have access to a performance theater, a library, grand lounge, chapel, and instrumental practice rooms.

Bridgewater is the sixth project developed through a partnership between Grand Living, the operating partner, and Ryan Companies the project’s developer and builder. Located at 3 Russell Slade Boulevard in Coralville Bridgewater is near the intersection of First Avenue and Interstate 80, directly west of the Firefighters Memorial. A second Iowa Grand Living project is under construction in Cedar Rapids. That project name Grand Living at Indian Creek, is expected to be complete in early 2019.
