Mary McGowne
After three years of successfully leading Ryan’s Property Management team in Phoenix, Mary has transferred her asset management and leasing expertise to the Development department, overseeing the leasing function and property dispositions for the Southwest Region’s real estate properties. She also assists Ryan’s developers in the development of Ryan-owned multi-tenant office, medical, retail and mixed-use projects. Mary is known for building strong relationships with customer organizations, brokerage networks, consultants, financial institutions and governmental agencies. She has been instrumental in Ryan’s leasing success in the Southwest Region.
