Let’s Connect
Dave is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the Rice University ROTC program and a career Field Artillery Officer, following a family tradition of service. His 20+ years in the Army included deployments to Panama and Thailand, command roles in Hawaii and California, and service during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He also served as an Aide de Camp, Operations Officer, and Assistant Professor of Military Science at Georgia Tech, finishing his military career commanding a 170-instructor logistics training battalion.
After the Army, Dave spent over 14 years at RecruitMilitary, earning “Recruiter of the Year” and leading operations across multiple regions. He later held recruiting leadership roles at Peleman Industries, the 2020 Census, Mark Spain Real Estate, and currently serves as Senior Recruiter and Military/Veterans Program Manager at Ryan Companies. Throughout his career, Dave has been passionate about helping veterans transition into meaningful civilian careers.
