Together with Principal Asset Management®, we’re announcing the completion of Queens Crossing at Chandler Airpark, a state-of-the-art business park comprised of three buildings totaling more than 432,000 square feet. Located at the northwest corner of Queen Creek and McQueen roads, the Class-A industrial project offers accessibility and best-in-class features for businesses seeking space in a dynamic submarket.

“The completion of Queens Crossing at Chandler Airpark comes at a crucial time as advanced manufacturing and logistics users continue to expand into the Southwest,” said Josh Tracy, our Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development. “Queens Crossing at Chandler Airpark is strategically located near major freeways and offers access to a highly skilled workforce, which makes it well-positioned to attract innovative tenants who will drive economic growth and bring dynamic value to the region.”

Queens Crossing at Chandler Airpark is located minutes away from Chandler Municipal Airport and is near the Loop 101 and 202 interchanges, Arizona State Route 87, and Interstate 10. Nearby corporate users include Intel, FedEx, Amazon, Footprint and several other industrial and logistics related users supporting the Chandler economic ecosystem.

Each building features its own private yard, 32-foot clear heights, LED lighting, air-conditioned warehouses, ESFR sprinkler systems and ample vehicle and trailer parking. The three buildings also include speculative office suites, reinforced concrete slabs, electrical service ranging from 3,000 to 3,600 AMPs, and a variety of dock-high and grade-level doors.

We are the developer and builder of Crossing at Chandler Airpark. Steve Larsen, Pat Harlan, Jason Moore and Katie White of JLL have been selected to market and lease the project.

“As the demand for industrial real estate continues to rise, Queens Crossing at Chandler Airpark is poised to be a premier location for businesses looking to take advantage of Arizona’s favorable business environment, robust infrastructure and growing workforce,” said Steve Larsen, Vice Chairman at JLL. “The development aligns with the region’s continued expansion as a logistics and technology hub, making it a pivotal piece in Chandler’s industrial landscape.”
