Ryan and Cogir of Tigard Celebrate Grand Opening

We're proud to celebrate the grand opening of Cogir of Tigard—Cogir Senior Living's first newly built community in Oregon, just 20 minutes from Portland. The resort-style senior living community offers 107 upscale independent, assisted living, and memory care residences. Located at 9244 Southwest Oak Street, the opening of this community comes at a crucial time, as market research from ESRI shows that the 75 and older population is projected to grow by 26.8% over the next five years in the Portland metropolitan area.

Located nine miles from Portland, the three-story community features a variety of amenities including several dining venues, salon, fitness center, library, theater, and activity rooms. An art room is also available to residents, as well as a community dog park and putting green. Cogir of Tigard is located minutes from the popular Washington Square shopping center that includes more than 170 retailers and multiple well-known full-service restaurants.
