Andy brings over 20 years of industry experience to his role as Vice President of Real Estate Development. In this role, he identifies office, healthcare, industrial, retail and senior living opportunities in the Midwest Region and is responsible for site selection, land acquisition, due diligence, municipal approvals, design and construction coordination, and lease/sale negotiations. With a background in preconstruction, Andy has an in depth knowledge of construction costs and their effect on the overall project. He understands how to get a project started and expertly navigates the hurdles that can affect the project’s success. His extensive experience in leading teams through complicated preconstruction efforts gives his customers confidence that we can deliver an end product that meets their needs.
