With nearly 20 years of experience at Ryan, across all facets of the industry, Jason leads overall construction for the growing operations in the North Region as Vice President of Construction Operations. In his role, he manages the design and construction teams through the life cycle of a project, is responsible for new business development, site selection and preconstruction activities all while delivering unparalleled service to customers. Jason’s vast knowledge, ability to make strong and lasting personal connections and sincere commitment to working with, developing and mentoring others make him an ideal leader and partner. With an aptitude for effectively managing project teams, Jason excels at building a strong, collaborative work environment and executes each project in a manner that exceeds his customer’s goals and expectations. He is known for operational excellence and true to Ryan’s mission, believes strongly in maximizing our company’s collective insight and building long-lasting relationships with owners and partners across the nation. Jason’s proactive resourcefulness and problem-solving skills provide innovative solutions to construction issues and challenges, developing buildings that stand the test of time and positively impact our customer’s business and their communities.
