Jared Kuhn
Jared brings 20 years of commercial real estate development, finance and operations experience to his role at Ryan as Executive Vice President of Multifamily – a key step in elevating our national multifamily efforts. He works with all of our teams to execute the strategic vision, as well as determine the multifamily team’s go-to-market strategy, develop the execution team, and serve as the lead executive contact for customers and equity partners. Jared excels at financial underwriting, deal structuring, deal negotiating, demographic/multifamily research and building relationships. His expertise extends to market analysis, site selection, oversight of numerous teams, project pro forma, strategic planning and business development. Jared has developed more than $1.5 billion of Class-A real estate in Florida alone and he prioritizes collaboration with others to design, build and operate impactful buildings and communities. He strives to create exceptional spaces for people to live, work and play.
