As the Western Division President, Jim provides strategic leadership, guidance and support to our regional teams to effectively execute and accomplish company objectives and client goals. Jim’s robust career with Ryan spans more than two decades, providing him with a breadth of industry knowledge gleaned from his wide range of experience. He continually works to align our vision with the shifts in the industry, and he uses a proactive approach to identify steps and secure resources to help maintain our competitive edge.
Jim is passionate about ensuring that Ryan continues to innovate and adapt, listening to client needs and collaborating with teams to identify new opportunities. He values and prioritizes dynamism and diversity. In his role, he not only focuses on the “whys and whats” but the “hows and whos” to translate unique skills and thoughts into actions and solutions. A respected people-focused leader, Jim listens and communicates openly and honestly to ensure teams feel heard, understood and valued.
