With more than four decades at Ryan, including 10 years as President and CEO, Pat now serves as Owner and Chairman of the Board. In his role as Chair, he oversees the CEO and guides all board activity, while also focusing on capital formation initiatives and select development projects.

Outside of Ryan, Pat is deeply engaged in civic, educational and philanthropic leadership. He serves as a current trustee and past board chair of University of St. Thomas, is a past president of YPO, and a member of the World Presidents’ Organization. His community involvement also includes serving as board chair of Children’s Minnesota, trustee and past president of the Children’s Cancer Research Fund, past president of Benilde-St. Margaret’s School and past board member of Catholic Charities.

Pat is also a founder of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, an inner-city college preparatory school serving under-resourced students, and chair of the Spring Point Project, an organization dedicated to advancing a cure for diabetes.
