Russ Lewton
As Vice President of Construction for the Midwest Region, Russ capitalizes on his more than 25 year career of building lasting relationships with owners, partners, team members and communities.
In his role, he leads the business development, preconstruction, construction and close out phases of a project, while overseeing his team’s performance at every stage. Through his ability to create strong client connections, has developed a long list of successful projects throughout the Midwest, combining his passion for operational excellence and maximizing Ryan’s collective insights.
Russ has a passion for design and an extensive knowledge of the commercial construction process. He is a seasoned leader who also brings hands-on experience from the field, having done everything from project engineering to scheduling to field superintendent work. He attributes his success to his ability to ask the right questions, listen carefully and communicate in a way that is clear, concise and ensures everyone is working as effectively and efficiently as possible.
