Banner Health Center at Desert Ridge

Banner Health, based in Phoenix, operates 28 hospitals and specialized facilities across six states. The company is the largest private employer in Arizona and one of the largest in the United States with over 50,000 employees.

With the vision of providing convenient, high-quality care for individuals and their families, Banner Health joined the Desert Ridge community. The Phoenix clinic, located across from Desert Ridge Corporate Center, provides primary care services, dermatology services with spa and laser treatments, and x-ray imaging. The healthcare office has 30 exam rooms, an independent laboratory and a conference room, with extra space for future expansion. This is Banner Health’s first clinic to combine dermatology and medical spa amenities with primary care in one location.

The success of the project showcases the strength of Ryan’s design-build approach. By collaborating with the design team and achieving a very strong, constructible design up front, we were able to complete the job on a tight timeline, coming in significantly under budget and with few RFIs.
