Hy-Vee Brooklyn Park

Located on the southwest corner of Highway 610 and Zane Avenue in Brooklyn Park, 610 Zane Retail is now home to one of the metro’s first Hy-Vee grocery stores. The property was previously 98 acres of agricultural land that was guided Mixed-Use under Brooklyn Park’s 2030 Comprehensive Plan, with only limited retail allowed. In order for the project to move forward, Ryan had to work with the City to amend the comprehensive plan and rezone a portion of the site while also collaborating with Hy-Vee to design and deliver a store that met the City’s expectations for the area. Thanks to the cooperation of both groups, the 100,000-square-foot flagship store opened in July 2016 with a full line grocery offering, a Market Grille restaurant, a pharmacy, a wine & spirits store and a convenience store with a drive-through Starbucks.
