Project Overview

Healthier communities begin with access to comprehensive healthcare services. Through our work with Froedtert Health (now Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin), Ryan helped bring high-performance, environmentally friendly healthcare facilities to the community of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Town Hall Health Center, a five-story medical clinic built to replace the existing Froedtert Health Menomonee Falls Clinic, sits adjacent to the Community Memorial Hospital campus. The new clinic offers a full array of primary care and specialty services and houses more than 90 physicians and providers to complement the hospital’s services. Built with the community and Froedtert’s long term goals in mind, the facility incorporates high-performance glazing systems and thermal insulation on both the walls and roof to minimize energy use. Low-flow toilets, other water-saving plumbing fixtures, and sustainable, non-intrusive native plantings that require no permanent irrigation help the building minimize water use.

Our relationship with Froedtert Health stretches back nearly a decade and is built on our mutual values of trust, integrity and nurturing human connections. When Froedtert was looking to grow and needed help facing some challenging opportunities, Ryan was able to provide the varied expertise they needed with one point of contact. Our flexibility around ownership and leasebacks has led Froedtert to choose us to provide ongoing real estate and property management services for a number of their projects across the years.

What our customers are saying

  • We like that Ryan offers all the services we need—with one point of contact. They’re about establishing trust, they’re about people. Ryan is a big company, but they don’t feel big.

    Dennis Pollard, COO, Froedtert Health
